1. Terms & Conditions (Client Agreement)

A. Role of the Platform

Apna Healthwala is a digital health aggregator. We facilitate connections between you (the Client) and third-party healthcare providers such as Hospitals, Labs, Pharmacies, and Home-care services.

No Medical Advice: Information available on this portal is for awareness purposes and does not substitute professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
Emergency Limitation: While we facilitate ambulance dispatch, service speed is subject to traffic, weather, and logistical conditions beyond our control.

B. Health Card & Membership

Validity: Apna Healthwala Membership / Health Card is non-transferable and valid only at empanelled Diamond, Gold and Silver network partners.
Discount Policy: Discounts apply only on hospital rack rates and cannot be combined with government schemes (e.g., PMJAY) or other private insurance discounts unless specifically mentioned.
Priority Access: Priority scheduling depends on doctor availability and clinical triage conditions.

C. Financial Terms

Booking Fees: Any platform convenience fee charged is for service facilitation and is non-refundable once service initiation begins.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled time may attract a nominal cancellation charge under our Fair Practice Policy.

2. Privacy Policy (Data Protection & Security)

A. Data We Collect

Personal Information: Name, Age, Gender, Contact Details and ABHA ID.
Health Data: Prescriptions, Lab Reports, Medical History stored securely in your Digital Vault.
Payment Information: Encrypted transaction tokens only. We do not store CVV details.

B. How We Use Your Data (Purpose Limitation)

To generate your Apna Health Card and unlock partner discounts.
To enable One-Tap medical history sharing with emergency room doctors during SOS situations.
To send medication reminders and follow-up notifications via WhatsApp or SMS.

C. Sharing & Consent

We follow a strict Zero-Sharing Policy. Your health data is shared only with a specific hospital or lab after you initiate a booking or emergency alert. We do not sell or distribute your data to pharmaceutical or insurance marketing agencies.

D. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act (2026)

You have the right to:

Access: View all personal and medical data we hold about you.
Erase: Request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
Nominate: Assign a family member to manage your account in case of medical emergency.
